Reset90 AI (“Reset90 AI,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices — whether you use the app, visit our website, or join our launch list.
1. Data We Collect
When you create an account and use Reset90 AI, we collect:
- Account information — email address and, optionally, your name.
- Landing page email — optionally, your email address if you choose to join the Reset90 launch list on our marketing website.
- Body profile — height, weight, sex, age, activity level, and fitness goals.
- Equipment environment — the training equipment available to you.
- Training data — exercises performed, weight, reps, completion status, and RIR (repetitions in reserve) feedback.
- Nutrition data — logged meals, calorie intake, and macronutrient data.
- Meal scan photos — photos you submit to create editable nutrition drafts. These photos are used for scan review and are not persisted by our backend.
- Body scan photos and reports — optional weekly body photos, visual fitness check-in scores, category scores, and progress summaries saved to your account for weekly comparison.
- AI consent status — whether you have enabled AI features (coaching and photo scans).
- Voice dictation transcripts — if you use the microphone feature, speech recognition converts your spoken question into text. Raw audio is not stored by Reset90 AI. Dictated text is only sent when you submit the question to Exercise Coach.
- Feedback submissions — the category and message you choose to send, plus limited context needed to understand the report: the current screen, platform, app version, operating-system version, language, submission source, and submission time. The feedback flow does not attach health data or photos.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To generate and adapt your daily training and nutrition plan.
- To track your 90-day progress, streak, adherence, and trajectory.
- To provide AI features (coaching and photo scanning) when you have explicitly enabled them.
- To create editable meal scan drafts and optional weekly body fitness check-ins when you submit photos.
- To process voice dictation into text when you use the microphone feature during workouts.
- To receive, investigate, and respond to feedback that you choose to submit about the app.
- To send occasional product launch updates to users who opted into the landing page launch list.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate Reset90 AI:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel — API and application hosting.
- DeepSeek — AI coaching, only when you have explicitly enabled AI features in the app.
- Google Gemini — AI photo scan processing, only when you submit a meal or body photo for scanning.
- USDA FoodData Central — nutrition data lookup for recognized foods when available.
We require every service provider that receives user data, including Supabase, Vercel, DeepSeek, and Google Gemini, to protect that data to the same or an equivalent level as described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable law and the App Store Review Guidelines. These providers may use the data only to provide the services described in this policy and may not use it for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
4. AI Processing
When you enable AI features:
- Processing may occur on servers located in China.
- We send only the minimum data needed to generate your coaching response, without direct account identifiers: sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goals, recent training history, and nutrition summaries.
- We do not send your name, email, user ID, or full date of birth to DeepSeek.
- You may withdraw AI Features consent at any time within the app. Revoking consent stops all future AI data transmission for both coaching and photo scans.

When you submit a meal or body photo scan:
- Google Gemini processes the submitted photo and scan context needed to return an editable meal draft or visual fitness check-in.
- Meal photos are used for the scan review flow and are not persisted by our backend.
- Body scan photos are saved to your account so you can compare weekly progress over time.
- Body scan output is a fitness coaching check-in, not a medical measurement, diagnosis, body-fat estimate, or treatment recommendation.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data, including feedback submissions, for as long as your account is active. Feedback is stored by our Supabase database through our Vercel-hosted API and is deleted with your account. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- Within the app, go to Profile → Delete Account.
- If you cannot log in, contact us at reset90ai@gmail.com.
6. Your Privacy Choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
- You may disable AI Features at any time, which stops future DeepSeek coaching, photo scan, and submitted Exercise Coach question requests.
- You may choose not to submit meal or body photos. Photo scan features run only after you submit a photo.
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Authentication is handled through Supabase. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Age Requirement
Reset90 AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
