By using Reset90 AI (“Reset90 AI”), you agree to these terms.

1. Age Requirement

Reset90 AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using Reset90 AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Reset90 AI is a fitness and nutrition planning tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. AI Content

AI-generated coaching content may be inaccurate or incomplete. AI coaching is opt-in. When disabled, Reset90 AI uses built-in programming logic. You should always use your own judgment when following any fitness or nutrition recommendation.

Meal scan and body scan outputs are estimates and fitness check-ins, not medical measurements. Body scan scores are coaching feedback based on submitted photos, photo quality, posture, framing, and your own prior scans; they are not body-fat estimates, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for consulting a qualified professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information from Reset90 AI.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse Reset90 AI, including any attempt to reverse engineer the coaching algorithms, scrape content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-Party Services

Reset90 AI relies on third-party services including Supabase, Vercel, DeepSeek, Google Gemini, and USDA FoodData Central. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these services.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Results vary based on starting point, consistency, recovery, health, and other individual factors. Reset90 AI does not guarantee specific body composition outcomes, weight loss, muscle gain, or any other physical result.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account.

9. Disclaimer

Reset90 AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
